Add Fault Checks

While Ansible confirms that a change was made, we would like to add additional checks to ensure that the expected action of the fault is occurring.

For example, the custom fault unsupported image will always result in either the deployment/statefulset not being able to get to a ready state (if force restarted) or the new pod will never reach the ready state and be stuck (if not force restarted). Not every fault necessarily has such an easy or predictable reaction without looking at the metrics, so this need not be implemented for every fault.
