Tool bar entries disappear after switching between sct and other editor.

Some tool bar entries related to graphical editing disappear from the toolbar after they were used and the user switches from the statechart editor to another editor and back. To restore the menu items a restart is required. The following tool bar items are affected:

• Line Style
• Align
• Select All
• show/Hide Compartment

Steps to reproduce:

1. open a statechart model
2. select 'Line Style' item from tool bar
3. open another editor e.g. a C file
4. switch back to the statechart editor
   -> The used toolbar item is gone
