Select app in Grafana dashboard

The current Grafana dashboard is only capable of displaying all the metrics and versions of a particular app.

If a user has multiple applications and needs to view the others, they would need to create a new dashboard a nd a new data source.

A dashboard could potentially have a way to select a particular app to view so it is not necessary to create multiple dashboards for each app.
