Describe the bug
Empty Download After Upload and Altering folder

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. A small yaml file was uploaded by drag and drop from a Mac Finder
2. Using CyberDuck the name was changed to be in the folder input/
3. To prevent if from being picked up by a server a name was change Tod input-hold, using CyberDuck
4. The name was changed back to input/
5. After this the server seemed to be getting an empty folder when it downloaded it.
6. Numerous attempts to read that file failed
7. Later when the file was deleted, the folder input/ still existed as if it were an object
8. After the input/ folder was deleted using cyberDuck, a yaml file uploaded did get picked up by the server

Expected behavior
My expectation is that I should be able to change the names of objects and still have a valid object
