Cyberduck crashes on file download (Windows 11) #17785

Description

@aribah-bh

Describe the bug

Cyberduck crashes immediately whenever I try to download any lecture file. A popup appears asking “Do you want to report the last crash?” with options Send and Don’t Send. Regardless of which option I select, Cyberduck closes completely. This has been happening consistently for over a year, and I have not been able to download a single file.

To Reproduce

  1. Open Cyberduck
  2. Connect to my server successfully
  3. Navigate to a folder containing video lecture files
  4. Click on any file to download
  5. Crash report popup appears
  6. Click either Send or Don’t Send
  7. Cyberduck immediately closes

Expected behavior

  • The file should start downloading normally without Cyberduck crashing.

Additional context

This issue occurs with every file, not a specific one. The connection to the server works fine; the crash happens only when attempting to download. Reinstalling Cyberduck did not resolve the issue.
