Service, because this information should later be displayed on the start page if something is red.
Ideas for health status:
- If the DetailAnalysis service is activated, is it accessible and the API key correct?
- Is there at least one configured WebPagetest server that is reachable and has agents assigned?
- Is there a valid CSI configuration?
