Set `K3S_NODE_NAME` to a fixed value

How to change the host name

Before performing any changes to the host name, run this command to pin the original node name:

$ echo "K3S_NODE_NAME='$HOSTNAME'" | sudo tee --append /etc/systemd/system/k3s.service.env

Then, run this other command, where example would be the new host name:

$ sudo hostnamectl set-hostname example

Finally, reboot the system for changes to take effect.
