OpenIPSL Fork #162
Description
This is a notice to our former iTesla project partners that SmarTS Lab has made a fork of iPSL, renamed to OpenIPSL, which we will maintain with my students, and future collaborators.

You can let @MaximeBaudette if you have any questions. We will be changing the license terms for all contributions starting from the creation of our fork, including copyright assignment.
