Bookmarks expanded featureset

• Edit order of songs in bookmark
• Allow new bookmarks to be created in the AddToBookmarkModal
• Allow bookmarks to be opened in PWA
• Allow QR codes to lists to be generated in app

Possible (resource expensive) additions:

• Allow trusted users to create custom permalinks to lists, e.g. /r/tentag1 can be made to reroute to /l/:ids?name=Tentagasque 1
