Allow to delete startup entries altogether

Problem

Currently, startup entries can only be disabled, still cluttering the list.

Solution

I'd like to be able to conveniently delete the registry entry for a startup program altogether, cleaning up the list of startup program, and allowing to remove left-overs from programs that uninstalled unproperly.

Alternatives considered

Manually navigating to the registry key in order to delete it is inconvenient. I believe Tools like Glary Utilities allow to delete startup entries.

Mockups / references

Showing a trash bin icon next to the toggle / link button would be a nice UI.

Thanks for the suggestion! I think this is a really useful idea, especially for helping users clean up leftover startup entries from uninstalled applications, or even remove startup entries entirely when they're no longer needed.

I'll look into the implementation and see how it can be integrated into optimizerDuck in a safe and user-friendly way. Thanks again for taking the time to suggest this!
