[FR] Restaurant details and signature dishes for food places

When planning trips, knowing restaurant details (cuisine type, price range, must-try dishes) is really useful.

I built this on my fork:

• restaurant_details table (1:1 with place): cuisine, price_range ($/$$/$$$/$$$$), reservation_required, must_try flag
• dish table (many:1 with place): name, price, description
• CRUD at /api/places/{id}/restaurant and .../restaurant/dishes
• Angular display in place-box-content: cuisine badge, price range, must-try flag, dish list with prices
