Make course and event images show as a more vertical aspect ratio, preferably 4x5

Current designs we do are around 2x3 and 4x5, and when we upload them they get cut off and a lot of information gets lost.

testing instructions

1. Visit the Events page, and see if header or footers can be read on the images. You can see the full image by right click - open image in new tab
2. Repeat for Courses page.
