Added CI/CD for the streaming pipeline

Now, you can deploy your streaming pipeline directly from GitHub.

You have to fork the repository, add your secrets & credentials into GitHub Secrets, and manually run the CD GitHub action.

Note: Step-by-step instructions will be provided in the docs.
