How to average HD95 across tasks

HD95 is not bound and can change greatly across tasks. ex: on harmony mean dice is around 4-5 and chaos mean dice is around 28-30. A simple average doesn't make sense as small wins on task with large hd95 will crush big wins on task with small hd95.
