Bids_dataset

I just added a way to handle Bids dataset natively. At the moment, it only seeks for the correct .nii.gz images in the provided root folder and can select given contrasts.

I would like then to be able to process derivatives files, to exlude the exlcude.yaml files and any other relevant feature that will come up
