Create a repository on git annex for the niftified data

We discussed with @tomDag25 and @jcohenadad about the idea of saving the challenge's dataset on git annex once files are correctly converted into nifti then bids format.

I'll create a new branch for the preprocessing pipeline on this repo, and onc'e it's done, I'll save everything excluding the patches (that we will only keep on duke to train our models) to push it on git annex. May be @mguaypaq can help me with creating the new repository on git annex.

It looks like maybe this dataset already exists:

So, possibly you should add your data there.

For tasks about Neuropoly's git annex server, usually:

• You can open an issue in data-management for discussion.
• Then you can open a pull request with the actual data on the dataset itself.
