How to know in what acquisition type is a contrast ? #44
Description
To use our pipeline we need to know what kind of acquisition the user is providing. The goal would be to maybe automate this information extraction. When discussing this possibility during the meeting here are the ideas that came out:
- use "SeriesDescription" and "ProtocolName" in the json file (if the json has been completed correctly
- use the orientation and then find the axis where there is less pixels
