sct_create_mask saving the output in current directory #1

@ASevag

Description

@ASevag

An small inconsistency I noticed is that unlike other commands like sct_get_centerline, sct_resample or sct_crop, the output of sct_create_mask is saved in the directory the user is currently in rather than in ../DATASET/sub-N/anat. It's probably not very hard to make it so that it outputs it along with the other files, but I was the reason why it behaved that way.
