Vertebral levels vs vertebral bodies #62
Description
In #53, we use intervertebral discs to compute the distance between each disc and the PMJ (script here). These distances are taken as proxies for the vertebral levels and plotted along with spinal levels using this script. This approach results into a continuous visualization of the vertebral levels:

An alternative approach could be to vizualize vertebral bodies as done in Cadotte et al., 2015 (shown in light yellow):
