Update QC report command and JSON standard in lesion segmentation protocol #13
Description
Following the discussion in this comment, I am opening this issue to not forget about:
- updating the SCT commands to QC MS lesion segmentation: waiting for SCT v6.3
- update the JSON convention for the lesion segmentation files: waiting for refactoring of canproco.
The modifications need to be done in the lesion_segmentation_protocol.md file.
