Non-continuous vertebral levels produced by `totalspineseg`

For file msLesionAgnostic_104.nii.gz in Dataset902_msLesionAgnostic, the vertebral level file produced by totalspineseg produced the following list of vert levels: [ 0. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 10.] -> it is missing level 9.
This might be normal as the slice thickness is very high (5mm).

I am reporting this in this issue to keep it in mind to adapt my code.

We talked about this in person, but to keep track of my thoughts, it is likely due to the resampling done after the computation (back to the original shape) as labels are generated on 1mm isotropic images.
