Unable to load Float32Array

Unable to load Float32Array format in the demo. Looking into a few codes I can change in dicomBufferToView file and a few other approaches, but I was wondering if there is a better way since I see there is logic for it already in the app? Not too experience with this project, so any help is welcome! Thanks

The data is now parsed but:

• VOI LUT should be linear_exact or sigmoid and not default linear (width can't be <1) but it is not present in the tags,
• Window LUT should not be discrete (not sure how to adapt logic)

Not sure if this is specific to the provided data or not. Moving to milestone 0.36...
