Start Break Early + add more time

I wish I could start a break earlier (since I sometimes finish an assignment 5-6 minutes before the 25 minutes is up), and sometimes, I could just force in a minute extra during the working period, so it'd be great to have a Start Break Early button and an Add More Time button.

Also, it'd be nice if we could customize some of the sound effects (such as a replacement for the ticking sound).
