Proposal: rust-like modules and imports

Currently imports are go-like - they're imported by url/path:

import "go:fmt";
import "go:net";

import "go:github.com/gin-gonic/gin";

// local modules
import "a/b";

Proposed syntax:

# lisette.toml
[dependencies]
gin = "github.com/gin-gonic/gin@v1.12.0"
# or
gin = { go = "github.com/gin-gonic/gin", version = "v1.12.0" }
# or
gin = { pkg = "github.com/gin-gonic/gin", version = "v1.12.0" }

// .lis files
use std::fmt;
use std::net;

use gin;

// local modules
use a::b;

Why?

• closer to Rust syntax
• clearer visual separation between dependency and it's submodules
• I think that importing dependencies everywhere by it's full path is very inconvenient, e.g. when you want to update major version
• maybe more?
