Installed, but won't log in

I'm trying to get rockmongo running on a new environment: CentOS 7, nginx, php-fpm (not sure what other details you might need to help). I am working on setting up a new server to move our app and databases to.

I can get to the login page, but it goes nowhere if I enter the correct login information (if I enter bad credentials, it does tell me they don't match). It just reloads and keeps me on the login screen. I have tried rockmongo v1.1.7 and v1.1.8
