The current consent popup does not fully comply with GDPR requirements -- "Reject all" option is not immediately available at the same level as the "Accept" button, requiring users to click through to Customize to reject cookies.
GDPR Article 7 requires consent to be freely given, which means rejecting must be as easy as accepting and dark patterns are prohibited - making acceptance easier than rejection is considered a manipulative practice by various data protection authorities that have issued clear guidance that accept/reject options must have equal prominence (point 3 on page 4), and there have already been fines for such behavior (more info)
Nonetheless, not everyone wants that by default so a proposed solution: add an option to have all three buttons (Reject All / Personalize / Accept) on the first layer of the popup.
