Dashboard: add confirmation dialog before removing an ecosystem

If users can leave/remove an ecosystem from their dashboard, add a confirmation dialog to prevent accidental removal.

Acceptance criteria

• Confirmation dialog shown before removal action executes
• Cancel leaves the ecosystem list unchanged
