Small caps error in source

Psalms 1:1 should be small caps not all caps. This is an error in the source PDF but not in the scan.

The more general challenge is how to come up for a way to fix errors in the source and still be able to go back and run the automated extract; e.g., to slipstream them in when re-running the automated extract.
