Reorganize photometry code, add tests for pyphotometry (calderast#41)

* Reorganize photometry code to separate labview and pyphotometry
* Update tests for pyphotometry
* Update download script to download pyphotometry test data
* remove unused photometry imports and shorten long lines to make ruff happy
