Tabs Renamed, but Download Name Still Only Showing ID

For some time now after clicking on "Direct Download" the downloaded file has the original name of the pdf (the one with only the ID and not the paper's name). This has become an issue in the past month or so, and used to work smoothly.

Extension Version: 1.8.6
Chrome Version: 141.0.7390.77

Hmm.. I cannot reproduce this on my side. Can you provide a screenshot of the Chrome developer console after clicking Direct Download?

I have the same problem.
arxiv-utils 1.8.6, Chrome 141.0.7390.108

Thanks for the info! I think it may be due to conflict with other extensions as discussed in #34. Can you try it out on a fresh Chrome install (or temporarily disable all other extensions?)
