Collect existing GitHub repositories & snippets

There's already a good amount of jME-related GitHub repositories floating around. These should be collected and tracked. There's also an abundance of code floating around on our forum in dire need of a proper home, whether it be a plugin or just a Gist. Original authors of various plugins will be notified so they can "claim" these repositories.

• Compile list of existing jME-related repositories.
• Move rogue forum snippets into Gists and notify author.

Real plugins should have priority in this list.

Thanks for sharing :) This begs the question: Should we have more than two categories?

I was thinking

1. Plugins (for actual plugins included in the SDK)
2. Other (for everything else, including snippets and bigger utility projects that probably ought to be plugins)

Do you think we need more compartmentalisation?

I think 2 categories like you proposed will be good enough for now, we can easily change it later.

Also, it just kind of dawned on me that afaik we currently only support GoogleCode for real plugins, so I'm not sure if we can really populate that list with anything until we're actually ready to make GitHub the new standard for plugin contributions. @normen ?
