  Convert projects directory to static HTML page. The project directory is too difficult to manage and does lend itself well to user-contributed listings. The end-goal is to have a (most likely) Jekyll-powered plugin directory that pulls live data from hooked in GitHub repositories. But for starters, we're just gonna be running a simple HTML page with JS widgets and build it out from there.
