CDN releases for additional packages in /packages - for example node-image #1529

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The main sigma and graphology libraries are available via CDN in UMD format for non js backend site to load it. All additional pages in /packages like node-image, are not available. It makes it a bit difficult for these websites to load it.
Describe the solution you'd like
Create CDN release, in UMD or equivalent format so that it can be loaded in websites that are not built with js backend engine.
