continuous2epoch should have an optional input to always use the first data point #9
Description
The way that it is now the first epoch produced by continuous2epoch does not always contain the first data point from the continuous stream. It should include an optional input "firstpoint" that defaults to "on" that will adjust the offset of the first recurrence event relative to epoch limits specified.
