[Feature]: Project menu as dropdown

The Project menu on the old website was immediately showing a dropdown with children sub-menus. Is it possible to restore that instead of requiring more clicks, e.g. to get to For Mentees page?

Because of issues like google/docsy#2353, which I've only recently resolved in this repo (and have yet to upstream), Docsy doesn't support dropdown menus yet. We're much closer to supporting this. Please upvote google/docsy#311, that helps me prioritize.
