Problem with renderer and viewer for FTP files

Hello,

I am trying to install and use OpenSearchServer.
My problem is that I am using it to index and search FTP files.
Crawler and indexation works perfectly.
But the renderer and viewer doesn't work. The search returns the right files but it is impossible to see it in a thumbnail or in the viewer. Is there something to configure or to modify to make it work ?
