The video was too big (124 MB) to upload to this issue directly (github only allows attachments up to 10mb). Is there a preferred way for me to make it available this time and for future TCK calls?

TCK playlist is active and ready to welcome the new recordings.
Are you using the Jakarta EE Zoom account? If so, why are you not recording to the cloud?
We could record to the cloud and submit a git issue to remind the EF staff to export to video to the TCK playlist making it less work for you.

I did record to the cloud using the Jakarta EE Zoom account but am not sure of what else I might need to do other than creating this issue to have the new recording be accessible via https://www.youtube.com/c/JakartaEE.

Let's pull Tanja on this for process clarification.
What I have in mind is that every time a call happens, we submit a git issue that request the Jakarta staff to export that video and done.
We need to have a scalable boring name of [name, date] as title in the recording and the agenda minutes added in the body of the video description and done.

No need to add recordings from our side or anything else.

Jakarta pays for Content stuff. Not the ones created by our community but since we create the content, there must be a process in place to make this easier than what it was in 2020 when we started the calls.
