Create new "Meet the contributors" page

As part of the 2025 redesign, we are creating a new "Meet the contributors" page. The design for this page is to be delivered through Figma by @shabnammayel by end of May 2026. 

The target due date for this page is by end of September 2026, to be released as completed and approved by stakeholders. Work is scheduled to start in July 2026.
