Support Throttling Options #17

Description
It would be great to have the option to select throttling type. For most of my projects, I'm most concerned about the performance of the site for mobile users on slower connections.
Being able to select Applied Slow 4G, 4x CPU Slowdown, for example, would better help me assess mobile performance without running a separate Lighthouse audit in Chrome.
Is this something that's already possible, or is it something that can be added to the project roadmap?
