Add "matches regex" to column filter options

When selecting a column filter, it's often useful to be able to use the regular expression operators ~ and ~* to filter by a regex - I use this daily. Would love to see this in this list!

"matches regex (ci)" for a case insensitive version would be helpful as well, though that's perhaps not as self-documenting, and "(case-insensitive)" might be too long. But even just the standard "matches regex" would be tremendously valuable.
