can we please have seperate fps condition selection?

for example if i want to see a video 1440p with 30fps = run the video

if video is 1440p with 60fps = ignore this quality and switch back to 1080p

can you please add this option?

extra advice: you have too many users i think you should add this type of feature where people can 'suggest' skip video to a specific time area. so that people can ignore stupid intros of youtube and save time.
