Request to cut a 2.0 release

there are a lot of unreleased changes in the master branch

Would it be possible to cut a 2.0 release?

• Merge Fix #144. Add support for Tempfile #186 this is a small fix to tempfile support that would allow integration with ActiveStorage
• Move Automatically configure Webpacker #99 and Propshaft detection is load order dependant #151 to a different milestone
• Update CHANGELOG with release number and date

Thanks for opening this issue, @tagliala. Agreed, we need to get a 2.0 out soon. I'll start working through the TODO list in the next couple of weeks.
