Accessing cache from the Android device

Hi,

We have a situation where an app we have running in the field is not displaying some of our data correctly. Our usual way to solve this is to get the user to uninstall and reinstall our app but in this instance there is some valuable data stored within the monkey cache. Is there a way to get onto the device and pull off the contents of the caches prior to uninstalling the app?
