Runnin ginto Database connection error,

After moving the .env to /var/www/myapp, i am still running into the same error, I tried debugging a lot rewatching and using copilot, but could not resolve it. Any help?

When i try to access the RDS using
psql -h url-shortener.c96wuys2ysnd.us-east-2.rds.amazonaws.com -U postgres -d url_shortener -W

I am running into this error;
connection to server at "url-shortener.c96wuys2ysnd.us-east-2.rds.amazonaws.com" (172.31.48.53), port 5432 failed: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "172.31.35.138", user "postgres", database "url_shortener", no encryption;

Sorry if you already figured out a fix
I fixed this issue by:

1. Go to your EC2 Instance
2. Go to Security Groups
3. Go to the default one that was setup with the project
4. In "Inbound rules" click "Edit inbound rules" (on the right)
5. Click "Add rule"
6. For this new rule
   Type: PostgreSQL
   Protocol: TCP
   Port range: 5432
   Source: Custom (add your ec2 ip) so in your case: 172.31.35.138/32
