Error in Boyce calculation #177

Hi,
I think ENMeval uses ecospat to calculate the Boyce index. I'm pretty sure there's an error in the ecospat code for this, as reported here ecospat/ecospat#99
I submitted a fix, ecospat/ecospat#106. However, there hasn't been any response to the original bug report (more than a year old) or the pull request (six months old).
Would you like to incorporate the corrected boyce index code directly into ENMeval? I could help with that if you do.
