Copyright in design files does not grant trademark rights. Licensing hardware design files under CERN-OHL-S-2.0 allows you to make, modify, and distribute physical parts, but it does not allow you to use the Tiny Engineer name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or an official product.
You may make factual references that do not imply endorsement, for example:
- "Based on the Tiny Engineer open hardware design"
- "Compatible with Tiny Engineer firmware"
- Attribution in documentation or README files
Without prior written permission, do not:
- Use "Tiny Engineer" in a product name, company name, or domain name in a way that suggests an official product
