Remove references to Jamulus versions

The Wiki should have no need to refer to versions of Jamulus, other than to recommend keeping updated to the latest version.

For example, wiki/en/Software-Manual.md has this:

Note for macOS users: As of Jamulus 3.8.1, we have a signed installer. This will store the settings in

Under this issue, the current wiki documentation will be reviewed and any such mentions removed. In the above example, a proposed correction would be to say
