Remove inactive repos from the "new" interface #3
The "old" interface has an "inactive" flag, but the new interface should probably drop inactive repos completely.
Ideally we should have a script to check if the packlist for each repo is retrievable.
It would also be nice to have a script to compare the data generated by the "old" and "new" interfaces.
