CW Overwrites Existing Series on Kobo

Now this may be a user issue, I don't know?

I had about 350 books on my Kobo before I started using Calibre Web. Many of these were organised into series using Calibre.

I imported the Calibre database into CW and all the series are still intact. So far, so good.

However, if I add a book to the Kobo that is part of an existing series, it replaces the whole series.

So, for example: I have a series called Charlie Parker on the Kobo with fourteen books in it. In CW, I add book fifteen to my Kobo shelf and sync the Kobo. Now the Chalie Parker series shows only one book - the one I just added.

Is this a bug or something I am doing wrong?
