Cannot install jange #17
Description
I tried to install jange using pip3 install jange, but got the following error.
No module named 'numpy.distutils._msvccompiler' in numpy.distutils; trying from distutils
error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater is required. Get it with "Microsoft C++ Build Tools": https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/visual-cpp-build-tools/

I installed the MS Build Tools, but had the same problem.
Not sure what to do next.
